• Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout. Ardent Reserve reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

4. Orders and Payments

• Order Process: To place an order, you must create an account and provide accurate payment and shipping information. By completing a purchase, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and complete.

• Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping at the time of payment. This will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination zip code. International orders can take longer depending on location and can incur additional fees due to customs. Shipping times will vary depending on the item, when/if the order was paid in full and where in the queue the order is. Please allow for up to 30 days for customized dolls.  All orders are produced and shipped from Sugar Hill, GA USA

• Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We take great care in providing high-quality products, but due to the nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at ardentreserve@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt for return or exchange instructions.

 

• Exchange: If an exchange is authorized, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
